The worse thing ever!!

You know, the unthinkable, unimaginable, unwanted *ever* happened to me on the 1st week of May, right smack 2 days before I had a bride.

I had the worse neck cramps, ever!!!
Like...ever!!

I had never had neck cramps that bad and trust me, it was that bad.

It was so bad and so painful that I actually thought (I know, how drama) that I was having a stroke!!
I was like "Oh nooo!! Nooo!!! this cant be happening!! I'm only 34!!! :P

The pain crept up to me slowly but oh-so-surely.
It was really like a creepy crawly slowly making its way thru my veins and before I knew it, I cant move my entire neck and the most part of my shoulders!

So I thought I'd like..you know, let it be and calm myself down, in the fervent hope that it'd go away...
Ouh.
Did I tell you?
I got hit by the fever bug riiiight after that.
Like...perfect, rite?
*rolls eyes*

So I downed panadol after panadol after panadol but neither went away.
Both the fever and the cramps were to accompany me for the next 3 days :(

And I had to 'give away' my bride to my dearest trusted henna kaki ;)
Cos I just couldnt even move!

(Yanti, once again, so sorry for that, ya?)

Well.
The cramp and the fever did go away after that (or I wouldnt be here tap tapping away now, would I?;)
But it sure did give me the scare of my life.
For this year, at least.
Hee.

I dont know how to make sure it wont happen again cos trust me, it's not fun not being able to move your upper torso.
And I sure dread for it to happen again.

I'm not sure what are the preventive measures but I just wanted you guys to know that there are certain things beyond my control which renders me helpless and hopeless.

I've been a bride before (a looooong, looooooong time ago in a galaxy faaaar, faaaaaar away!!) so I know what it must feel like to have one of your 'service providers' bow out on you just days before your big day!!

I sure am not hoping it's going to happen again but if it did and I told you it's neck cramps, I hope you'd understand why I really am not able to henna you as promised :)

Ouh.

And the hubby wasnt helping when he said "it's an ageing thing lah..."

*ggrrrr*

Well, I've a bride tomorrow so I'm off to do some neckxercise, k? ;)
